TurnArc is focused on precision turning and turn-mill parts for automation and robotics builders — engineered to drawing and verified before shipment.
TurnArc concentrates on precision CNC turning and turn-mill machining — shafts, sleeves, connectors, housings and similar rotation-based components. Our customers build automation equipment and robotics systems, where part consistency and dimensional discipline matter directly.
We accept small-batch and prototype quantities as well as repeat production orders, and we work from STEP/STP models plus 2D drawings. A free DFM review accompanies quoting, and standard tolerance is ±0.01 mm, with tight features controlled down to ±0.005 mm.
Your RFQ and order are handled by engineering and QC people; parts are manufactured by our production partner in Ningbo.
You communicate directly with engineering for quoting, process planning and the free DFM review — tolerances, tool access and feature feasibility are resolved before production.
Quality control is your other point of contact: first-article, in-process and outgoing inspection, with material certificates and dimensional reports on request.
Parts are manufactured at Chuangsheng Machinery (创盛机械) in Ningbo, Zhejiang — the turning and turn-mill capacity that produces every TurnArc order.
Send your STEP/STP model and 2D drawing with material and quantity. Engineering will review for DFM and quote within 24 hours on working days.
