Small orders are accepted. We work with prototype and small-batch quantities as well as repeat production runs. The minimum quantity for a specific part depends on material, setup and machining time — the exact starting quantity is confirmed on request after reviewing your drawing.

Send a 3D model in STEP/STP format plus a 2D drawing (PDF), together with the material, required quantity and tolerance requirements. Surface finish, heat treatment or inspection-report needs can be noted on the drawing or in your message.

Quotes are provided within 24 hours on working days after we receive a complete drawing package. Complex mill-turn geometries may take a little longer if tooling or process planning is needed — we will tell you if more time is required.

Lead time is confirmed per order based on part complexity, quantity, material availability and current capacity. We do not quote a fixed number of days in advance; the schedule is agreed with you when the order is placed and tracked through production.

Standard payment is by T/T (telegraphic transfer). Other payment methods can be discussed on request depending on order value and cooperation history.

Yes — material certificates / mill test reports and dimensional inspection reports are supplied on request. State the requirement when ordering or at RFQ so it is included in the plan and documentation package.

Yes. We provide a free DFM review with quoting — feedback on tolerances, tool access, corner radii, thread and feature manufacturability — so issues are resolved before machining starts.

Your drawings and files are used only for quoting and production of your order and are not shared beyond the people involved. We can sign an NDA before you release sensitive designs — send your template or ask for ours.

Yes. Turn-mill (mill-turn) capability covers parts combining turned diameters with milling, cross-holes, flats and angular features in fewer setups. Assembly of shafts with matched fittings can be discussed on request.

±0.01 mm is standard for precision turned features, with tight-tolerance features controlled down to ±0.005 mm. Feasibility is confirmed per drawing during the DFM review.
