02Information we collect

We collect only information needed to quote for and produce your orders:

• Company information — company name, billing or shipping address, and tax or registration details needed for invoicing and export documentation.
• Technical information — drawings, STEP/STP models, 2D drawings, material and tolerance requirements, quantities, and related files you send for quoting.
• Communications — messages, emails, call notes and instructions exchanged in connection with an inquiry or order.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you avoid including such data in drawings or messages unless strictly necessary.

Drawings and files are used only for quoting and production of your order and are not used for any other customer's work.

• Payment and financial institutions processing payment, where applicable.

Involvement of logistics and payment providers is confirmed per order based on the agreed delivery and payment terms. We do not sell your personal information.

05Retention & deletion

Contact and order information is retained for as long as needed to maintain order history, support repeat orders and meet accounting, tax and export-recordkeeping requirements.

Drawings and technical files are retained for the period relevant to production and potential repeat orders. You may ask us at any time to delete your drawings and contact information; we will do so unless retention is required by law or for records we are obligated to keep.

Our website consists of static informational pages and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary technical storage required for the page to function, if any.
